here’s to eating raw
okay so i don’t eat raw all the time, rarely, but i do enjoy raw foods. here’s what i’m enjoying right this minute:
mm mm mmmm. everything’s always better with avocado btw. =]
raw pesto served atop zucchini noodles.
raw pesto consists of pine nuts, basil, flax & sunflower oil, nutritional yeast, one clove of garlic and a wee bit of avocado.
i couldn’t decide which type of “noodle” i wanted, so i have the spaghetti type spiralized noodle, as well as the fat noodle i made using a vegetable peeler. spiralizing is fun!
